Engineers are mainly involved in private job in Bangladesh. There are many private organization in Bangladesh whose recruitment systems are almost same. But in government section it is completely different from private sector.
In government exam, you must face a written exam first and than a viva. Written exam normally consists of departmental and non-departmental question. 70 to 90 percent from departmental and other from English, General Knowledge, Math etc. Don't forget practicing all basic question of your whole course. Practice from your first semester to last semester. If you really want a government job, you must practice hard. Because private job market is very bad now. So government job became very competitive.
